Service Description

- The amount once paid is non-refundable. However, we understand that people may come across unavoidable circumstances, hence, we have a policy of rescheduling the consultation session (Maximum number of rescheduling allowed is 2). - The consultation session cannot be split (Ex: 30 minutes on Monday and the remaining 30 minutes on Tuesday). Hence, the amount is only allocated for one session only and will utilized as soon as the session starts. - If you are comfortable in using any other means of online application for this consultation please, please let us know in advance (24 hours Ahead of consultation meeting).
